Velor Practice
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Velor Practice Discord application, website, and Discord server.
Last updated: August 15, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Velor Practice Discord application, website, or joining the Velor Practice Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application or website.
You must also comply with Discord’s own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times, since the application and website operate on top of Discord.
Eligibility
You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement to use Discord and, by extension, the Velor Practice application and website.
Access to certain features (staff tools, admin panel, moderation actions) is restricted to specific Discord roles and is granted or revoked at the discretion of Velor Practice staff.
The Service
Velor Practice provides practice session registration, lobby management, drop maps, leaderboards, results tracking, tickets and support, staff applications, invite tracking, and related moderation tools, delivered through a Discord bot and companion website.
Features may change, be added, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable at any time without notice, including during maintenance, Discord outages, or third-party API issues (e.g. Yunite).
Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse, exploit, or interfere with the application or website — including cheating in sessions, submitting false results or proof, evading punishments, exploiting bugs, spamming, or attempting to bypass rate limits, permissions, or verification checks.
You agree not to use the service to harass others, impersonate staff, or violate Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
Violations may result in warnings, role removal, session bans, server bans, or other moderation action at staff discretion, independent of any action Discord itself may take.
Moderation and Appeals
Velor Practice staff may issue punishments (warnings, mutes, bans, and similar actions) for violations of server rules or these Terms, based on the information available to them at the time.
Punishment decisions may be appealed through the appeal process available on the website or via a support ticket in the Discord server. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reversal of a punishment.
Content and Intellectual Property
The Velor Practice name, branding, and website design belong to Velor Practice. Discord, Fortnite, and other third-party names and trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners; Velor Practice is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Content you submit (ticket messages, appeal responses, staff applications, proof images, map marks) may be stored and used internally to operate and moderate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The application and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that results, leaderboards, or data will always be accurate or up to date.
Velor Practice is a community project and is not responsible for actions taken by Discord, Epic Games, or other third-party platforms outside of our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velor Practice and its staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application or website, including loss of access, data, or in-game standing.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the application, website, or legal requirements change. Continued use of the application or website after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. The date above reflects the latest version.
