Velor Practice

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Velor Practice collects, uses, stores, and protects information processed by the Velor Practice Discord application and website.

Last updated: July 10, 2026

Information We Collect

When you use the Velor Practice Discord application or website, we may process Discord account information such as your Discord user ID, username, avatar, server roles, server membership status, and interaction with Discord messages, buttons, commands, and tickets.

We may also store session registrations, lobby participation, drop-map marks, leaderboard and result data, moderation records, appeals, ticket messages, ticket transcripts, staff activity logs, invite tracking information, and uploaded images or proof files submitted through support workflows.

If you log in to the website with Discord, Discord provides account information needed to identify your account and check your permissions in the Velor Practice server.

How We Use Information

We use this information to operate practice sessions, registrations, lobby access, drop maps, leaderboards, moderation tools, support tickets, appeals, staff tools, invite tracking, and server safety features.

Discord message content is used only where needed for prefix commands, moderation workflows, ticket transcripts, image submission channels, staff tools, and channel automation.

Server member and role data is used to verify staff permissions, manage access to session channels, assign or remove session roles, and keep website permissions in sync with Discord.

Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only when necessary to operate the service, such as with Discord APIs, hosting providers, database infrastructure, and integrations used for session management or support workflows.

Some features may link to external services such as Discord, Yunite, PayPal, or social platforms. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for community operations, moderation history, support records, leaderboard integrity, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.

Some records, such as moderation cases, ticket transcripts, audit logs, and session results, may be retained for longer because they are needed for server safety, dispute handling, and staff accountability.

Data Deletion Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your Discord account by opening a support ticket in the Velor Practice Discord server.

Some information may be retained when necessary for moderation, safety, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.

Security

We use access controls, role-based permissions, authentication, and operational safeguards to protect the data used by the application.

No system can be guaranteed fully secure, but we limit access to data to staff and systems that need it to operate Velor Practice.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when the application, website, Discord features, or legal requirements change. The updated date above will reflect the latest version.
